We welcome you to WOCO Hike & Sound Healing with a loving embrace -- we are truly glad that you found us! We are an organization that exist to bring about experiences of transformational healing through creating a union between Women of Color and Mother nature on our monthly HIKES (March - November) accompanied by a deep meditation infused with SOUND HEALING that serves to sonically realign the the vibratory frequency of the cell into its most harmonious state.

We also offer a variety of EcoEducational Day Trips and ECOTOURS such as Boat Trips along the Chesapeake Bay, Bird Watching, Stream Studies and Tree + Plant ID! These events are for EVERYONE, informational and intended to create pathways for Black and Indigenous People to further observe, connect and access the understanding to create awareness and opportunites to care for our planet as it provides for us. We have our RIVERSIDE HIKE + QI GONG coming up with Master Qi Gong Teacher Naomi Hanna who will guide us through the healing movements known as the ancient art of Qi Gong. Qigong, is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation useful for the purposes of promoting optimal health, spiritual growth and flexibility. Enjoy the peaceful sound of running water, crystal sound bowls and more!
