**OUR HIKES ARE FOR FEMININE WOMEN OF COLOR ONLY :)** We have moms, wives and children present. Please see waiver release in regards to photogenic likeness. We promote balance and want to avoid confusion of any kind.

DAY BREAKDOWN

I)We will first meet at the head of the trail at 11:00am. We will have snack and get the energy flowing with light icebreaker and stretch routine.

II) We will then enjoy a rather scenic trail perfect for anyone with two legs to move their bodies forward! In other words, you do not have to be a professional in order to hike with us. This trail in particular does have hills and narrow pathways with rocks. It will require you to be in the condition to
