Sacred Plant & Sound Healing Meditation

We invite you to join us for a deep holistic healing experience!  This sound healing is the introduction to our healing retreats that will kick off this spring. We bring you a combination of elements to destress and naturally induce deep rest and relaxation. Water to cleanse, fire to burn excess and old energy, air to revitalize and nature (herbs) to ground. Take the time to sit with yourself and explore your inner worlds as you let the plants be your guide. Allow us to guide you through the energies with a tea meditation to ignite the entire body bringing you into a state of euphoria. These teas have been handcrafted with loving intent by LadyBug Holistics to bring harmony to the mind, body & spirit. We will then move into a deep stretch and heart opening yoga flow followed by a final tension releasing sound meditation to induce deep relaxation & full body.
