The Womb Wellness Experience, hosted by WOCO Hike & Sound Healing and Talitha Wellness, is a sacred virtual gathering created especially for women of color to exhale, learn, and reconnect with the wisdom of the womb. Across cultures, the womb has long been honored as a center of creativity, transformation, and ancestral memory. Yet, many of these traditions were disrupted over time, leaving many women feeling disconnected from the womb and navigating fibroids, menstrual pain, PCOS, endometriosis, and other reproductive experiences without community or support. This gathering is an invitation to remember and reconnect with the womb space.
We begin with grounding music, intention setting, and guided journaling before moving into an educational conversation led by Dr. Talitha Davis, h.c., Certified Womb Wellness Practitioner trained through the Metaphysics School of Womblogist.
