PRIVATE EVENT SOUND HEALING SESSIONS

Service Description

We come fully equipped with all sound healing tools to make your event an experience of a lifetime. We set up and break down our own equipment. We will arrive 30 minute before scheduled time to set up. We will set the vibe and purify the energies in the atmosphere with a beautiful guided meditation to invoke calm and deep relaxation. This Sound Healing Service is perfect for: Yoga Events|Group Healing | Retreats | Weddings | Birthday Parties| & Other Private Events* We will come to you and your guest! We recommend that you book this service on a day in which you are truly going to be able to enjoy the day, be doing something you love and are able to maintain relaxation through the rest of your day. Any activities that may invoke stress, strain, anxiousness may disrupt the medicine. SET UP YOUR SPACE Be sure your area is clean and free of clutter. Lay out a comfortable blanket or mat with a pillow for the head. Get as cozy as you like. We suggest you set up a small white candle, flowers, you favorite incense and fruits at the foot of your mat or blanket. Add any sweet fragrant oils, seed/nuts and photos go family members alive or transitioned. THE BEGINNING On arrival we will build our set & (~15mins) Once we are face to face & settled we will set intentions & prepare you for your experience with a stretch routine and and guided meditations. (~20mins) NOTE: A pillow or cushion will be necessary to support the neck and head. If you have minor problems with your back but still able to lay flat, a pillow to elevate the legs will do wonders. As the flute & crystal bowls begin to sing, you may first begin to experience an influx of tension or stiffening of the muscles. This is absolutely normal and a sign that stress being broken up and released from the nobody. The more you are able to relax the better the body can release it. Breath and release tension from the body as best you can; we will prompt you through a guided meditation to auto suggest. Relax and be transformed by the angelic notes emanating from the obsidian chimes, Koshi Bells and others. Allow the Shamanic Drum's rhythm to break down the walls of pain built up around the heart. Feel connect and free once again. (~45 mins) After you awaken we will sit with you to take the time to assist you in bring awareness back to your body and any need sensations you may be experiencing. (~15mins) We will deconstruct our set and say our fairwells soon after! (~15 mins) Total Time: ~110 -120mins

For all services outside of our monthly Traditional WOCO Hike & Sound Healing (TWH) We allow a maximum of 2 reschedules . All sales are final. No Refunds.
