DAY BREAKDOWN
We will first meet at the head of the trail at 11:00am. We will have snack and get the energy flowing with light icebreaker and stretch routine.
We will then enjoy a rather scenic trail perfect for anyone with two legs to move their bodies forward! In other words, you do not have to be a professional in order to hike with us.
Near 1:00pm we will arrive back and gather for a group meditation to reflect on intention and reset our bodies with deep stretch, yoga and the healing sounds of the flute by Toshima Cook and Crystal Singing Bowl vibrations by Ralinda.
