ABOUT THE HIKE
JOIN US AS WE CELEBRATE ANOTHER WONDERFUL YEAR OF CONNECTING WITH NATURE, BUILDING FRIENDSHIPS AND TUNING INTO THE DEEPEST PARTS OF OURSELVES TAPPING INTO THE BRILLIANCE IN WHICH WE WERE CREATED FROM!

Traditional WOCO Hikes take four times a year starting Sunday March 17, 2024. We will meet at meeting at 11am sharp to gather at the parking lot of the head of the trail and hike together from there. This is the longest on going and favorite gathering for women! At the end of each hike we take create a space in nature where we meditate to the pure sound resonance of the crystal singing bowls, flute, chimes and other nature healing frequencies.
