Introduction
Join WOCO Hike & Sound Healing for a restorative lavender harvest experience designed to slow the body, calm the mind, and reconnect you with nature.
This intimate gathering takes place at a small lavender farm where the owners have cultivated lavender and handcrafted products for years. During our visit, we will learn about the plant, its uses, and its natural ability to support the nervous system through calm, grounding, and restoration.
Participants will have the opportunity to pick their own lavender bundles, explore the farm, and move at a gentle, unhurried pace. Surrounded by the scent and beauty of lavender, we will also share in community, laughter, and quiet moments of stillness.
We will close with a grounding meditation and sound healing experience in nature, allowing the body to fully settle and integrate.
This experience is designed to be peaceful, intimate, and deeply nourishing.
