Spring is here! Let's get together in our Nation's Captiol to bask the smell of the fresh cherry blossoms, vibes with amazing people on a hike while enjoying the relaxing sounds of nature and pure resonates frequency as we collectively realign our mind, bodies and spirits in deep meditation.

About the event
What an amazing year it's been thus far! We are so excited to be joining up with you all in our Nation's Capitol for a spectacular event sponsored by Black Arts District and curated by us, WOCO Hike & Sound Healing. We are looking forward to seeing the Cherry Blossom's in full bloom while celebrating to bliss of nature, friendship and the beauty of our healing journeys. We will be reminded that all of our thoughts, ideas and pursuits bloom in due time and that season is so specific to your own divine timing. All things grow anew eventually as you continue to water a nurture your seeds properly.
NOTE: No you don't have to be a woman to attend! This event is open to EVERYONE & you're in for a real treat! Â :)Â
Let's get into the day!
DAY BREAKDOWN
11AM We will meet in Area 2 located on the map HERE (near MLK Jr. Memorial) for a light fare brunch and we will also do a mini trival icebreaker game and giveways!
11:30AM We will hit the trail! Tidal Basin is loop that is approximate 2.1-mile loop takes you through natural and cultural treasures.Â
12:30 PM Finally we will arrive to our starting point & set up for the Sound Healing Sessions that will take place away from the crowds. This session will last approximately 60 minutes from set up to wrap up. Quiet the mind, slow the heart rate & allow the harmonizing sound of the crystal singing bowls, flutes, chimes, bells and other healing instruments lull you into a state of perfect peace. Ground your energies and allow the realignment to happen effortlessly.Â
1:30PM We will make our final announcements as well as provide you all with information in regards to our next event! This is also a time to network, connect, exchange as you relax and enjoy the picnic lunch that we have had catered for you!
2:00PM After all the fun, we will finally back up and say our final goodbyes & thank you's!
