Crystal Clear Yoga & Sound Healing Meditation

We invite you to join us to clear the fog and see into the mirror with clarity reflecting back your deepest ambitions, intentions and love ever so crystal clear. Join us as we move out any energetic blockages, debris within auric field and set energies anew once again as we completely release the tension from the mind and body and truly let the soul initiate the healing process.

To guide the mind body and spirit into alignment with our own innerpeace and induce deep relaxation, we will get the day going with a tea meditation . Our special guest Yogi will get us moving with some yoga positions to warm the body and loosen any tightness and stiffness that may exist.

We will then move right into our sound healing meditation to momentarily loss the mind in order to connect with the heart. We will hold our intentions of healing high as the sound waves from the crystal & Tibetan bowls, flute Bells and Chimes cleanse the energy frequency by removing stagnant energy, blockages, debris creating harmony and abundance flow once again.

Expect food & drinks then more amazing conversation, connection and info about our service and events.

This event is for adults and open to anyone who would like to join! Please wear comfortable light weight clothing that is easy to move around in.
