CRYSTAL HARMONICS Yoga & Sound Healing Bath

WOCO Hike and Sound Healing presents Crystal Harmonics Yoga + Sound Healing Bath!

Sound Healing Bath refers to the wave of sounds emmanating from the instruments that wash over the body, purifying the aura and realigning the vibratory state of the cell back into harmony.

Join us each and every Tuesday and Thursday at Buddy Attick Lake Park for purifying sound waves to heal the mind, body and soul on all levels. This is a great opportunity to release deeply embedded stress or tension from the body thats been lingering. What better way to end the day!

We welcome you to join us as we play the resonating sounds from Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Crystal Singing Bowls

The sound frequencies emanating from the instruments we play penetrate the physical body into the deeper layers of your being rejuvenating and realigning your energetic frequency to that of harmony and attuned to the same vibration as the universe itself, and the deepest part of you.

Our intent is simply to assist in opening the gateway (the heart), which is the center of love and true healing energy that inspires our thoughts actions and habits to be aligned in truth and in good will. To assist in the realization of one's deepest desires of the heart, and living out of one's true purpose in this lifetime and beyond. When we feel good on the inside we have the capacity to do good for ourselves and inevitably others. We only ask that you prepare by coming with the intent to openly receive that which is available and appropriate for you. Within our space the body has the ability to repair itself on multiple levels due to the relaxed atmosphere, pleasant aromas of healing herbs, combined with continuous sound waves expanding through all corners of the room.

Bring yourself as you are. During the start of the sessions we will gather onto our yoga mats for a breathing exercise, pre stretch, then move into a yoga flow. We will continue with a guided visualization followed by our  healing meditation bath.

How much does this event cost?

There is no cost to this event yet we do ask that you leave a $5-$10 donation upon departure. All time and energy is valuable. It is important to maintain give and take in this realm that we live in! 

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No! This event is open to everyone able to tune in.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Your answer goes here There is parking at the park. Insert the name of the park into your GPS and it will lead you directly to the parking lot. From the parking lot, take the trail heading towards the lake and make a left at the fork in the path. We will be situated along the lake's bank on the right.

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring your yoga mat and perhaps a pillow to support your neck. Water as well to stay hydrated!
