About the event
Introduction
As we close out the summer season, join WOCO Hike & Sound Healing for a restorative journey along the Middle Patuxent Environmental Area Loop. Together, we’ll explore this beautiful 1.8-mile loop, surrounded by peaceful forest, flowing water, towering trees, native plants, and the calming sounds of wildlife.
This gathering is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and appreciate the final days of summer beneath the forest canopy. We will walk, connect, and experience the restorative beauty of the land before closing with a grounding meditation and immersive sound bath. This intentional pause will create space to settle the body, quiet the mind, and return to center in community with one another.
This hike is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and uplifting for hikers of all experience levels. Come ready to move gently, connect with others, and experience the healing energy of nature. Learn More About the Middlea Patuxent Area…
