As always, midtrial we will find a place to begin out meditation and sound healing. Be sure to bring your yoga mats or something some comfortable to lay on. After the meditations we will journey back to our start point.

Join us hiking, yoga, sound healing and so much more. The weather is sweet, seasons are transforming and we wish you to be apart of our growth an expansion.

As always, our hikes are 100% free ! All that is required is you to register so we have a count of attendees. Bring yourself and a very special women in your life as we connect with nature and one another!

We will meet a the Sweet Air Area Parking lot of Gunpowder Falls State Park. We will enjoy a rather scenic trail perfect for anyone in good shape! You do not have to be a professional in order to hike this trail. The trail is rather flat with easy footing.

Trail Details: Barley Pond Trail is a 1.7 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located in Gunpowder Falls State Park, Maryland that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels.

Close to 1:15pm we will pause for a group meditation to reflect on intention and reset our bodies with deep stretching and yoga & finally the healing sounds of the flute by Toshima Cook and Crystal & Tibetian Singing Bowl vibrations by Ralinda near the waterfall along the trail. Anu will lead us in affrimations and libations. We will finish the loop to arrive back at our starting point.

We will return to our original place of meeting, recap on the day, and give information for our next hike! If the weather permits, you are welcome to join us at the lake to chit chat and connect further!
