As nature reaches full bloom, we will explore the scenic trails of Oregon Ridge Park—moving through open landscapes, forest paths, and fresh spring air. This experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and take in the vibrant energy of the land.
Together, we will walk, connect, and close with a grounding meditation and sound healing experience, creating space to reset the body and return to center.
