About the event
Join me, Ra, of WOCO Hike & Sound Healing as I guide the energies with a purifying sound bath as we pay homage to the new moon, usher in new beginnings and connect with mother nature. Friday's are for peeling back the layer of the week as we prepare for the STRONGend :)
This event is open to everyone! Feel free to Pop Up & pay what you can. Exchange is the flow of life.
Make yourself comfortable! Bring a Pillow, Yoga Mat -- even a blanket if you'd like! We will be meeting in the Zen Garden section of the park located in the northern region right off of Druid Hill Dr. & Parkdale Ave.
The session will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Early arrival is suggested. Perfect place to race to right after work with no questions asked!
