About the event

WOCO Hike and Sound Healing presents Qi Gong & Sound Meditation! We are so excited to welcome back our sistar & Master Qi Gong Teacher Christina Cook to guide us once again in the graceful movements and postures known as the ancient art of Qi Gong

We welcome you to join us as we play the resonating sounds from Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Metal Flute, and Wooden Flute and many other transformative frequency vibrations.

The sound frequencies emanating from the instruments we play penetrate the physical body into the deeper layers of your being rejuvenating and realigning your energetic frequency to that of harmony and universal love -- attuned to the same vibration as the universe itself, and the deepest part of you.

Our intent is simply to assist in opening the gateway (the heart), which is the center of love and true healing energy that inspires our thoughts actions and habits to be aligned in truth and in good will. To assist in the realization of one's deepest desires of the heart, and living out of one's true purpose in this lifetime and beyond. When we feel good on the inside we have the capacity to do good for ourselves and inevitably others. We only ask that you prepare by coming with the intent to openly receive that which is available and appropriate for you. Within our space the body has the ability to repair itself on multiple levels due to the relaxed atmosphere, pleasant aromas of healing herbs, combined with continuous sound waves expanding through all corners of the room.

Bring yourself as you are. During the start of the sessions we will gather on the floor for breathing exercise, and prestretch, then move into a yoga flow, followed by a guided visualization. We will prepare ourselves for the healing meditation by getting into position, and creating an open space within. We'll then move into our sound meditation and finish with healing affirmations. Candels and Tea will be provided.
