WOCO Hike and Sound Healing presents Sip & Sound Healing a 432 HZ Herba-Floral Wine Tasting and Sound Healing Meditation Event!

We welcome you to join us as we get together to savor the delightful flavors of three variety of herbal and floral infused wine, laugh, socialize and finally come together as we play the resonating sounds from Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Crystal Singing Bowls, Metal Flute, and Wooden Flute.

The sound frequencies emanating from the instruments we play penetrate the physical body into the deeper layers of your being rejuvenating and realigning your energetic frequency to that of harmony and attuned to the same vibration as the universe itself, and the deepest part of you.

Our intent is simply to assist in opening the gateway (the heart), which is the center of love and true healing energy that inspires our thoughts actions and habits to be aligned in truth and in good will. To assist in the realization of one's deepest desires of the heart, and living out of one's true purpose in this lifetime and beyond. When we feel good on the inside we have the capacity to do good for ourselves and inevitably others. We only ask that you prepare by coming with the intent to openly receive that which is available and appropriate for you. Within our space the body has the ability to repair itself on multiple levels due to the relaxed atmosphere, pleasant aromas of healing herbs within the wine, combined with continuous sound waves expanding through all corners of the room.

Bring yourself as you are. During the start of the sessions you will have plenty of time to catch a vibe, socialize and visit our sales table containing unique products from our featured vendors. We will then promptly move into the beginning of our wine tasting. The key is to savor each infusion and let it do its magic. A short fun survey will be given to you to critique each one! Each guest will be granted 1 glass of each infusion. Don’t worry though, additional servings are available for purchase! Soon after, we will finally WINE-Down and take our place on our yoga mats as we prepare ourselves for the sound healing meditation
