Sounds Of Nature: Hike Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us as we gather at the Lake Roland Nature Center to begin our day of exploration & relaxation.

This event is intended open space for BIPOC to colectively experience the healing qualities of the natural spaces right in our backyards! Children ages 6 and up are welcomed to join as well as BIPOC Men & Women

We will start the day with meet & greets and a bit of information about the area and park by Lake Roland Nature Council.

Nexxt we will enjoy a rather scenic nature walk under the trees and by the water where we will conviene for our yoga flow and sound healing.

The yoga that we will participate in is based in stretching and opening the body. It is very kid and beginner friendly with a heavy emphasis on ENJOYMENT rather than rigor! So come as you are! The sound healing will calm, heal and replenish the nervous sytems giving you a complete reset and deep seated rest. The more you release control, the better your experience will be :)

WHAT TO BRING:

Light clothing thats easy to move around in

Plenty of water

Yoga Mat

A Hat or any article to shade the head.
