What a time to be a Mama! Somebody touch and agree! What a beautiful challenge raising little beings with love and balance in hope that they one day become wonderful, effective and impactful members of our society. We all want the best for our children and that truly starts with giving ourselves the best! Whether you are a Stay at Home Mom, Working Mom, Student mom, Mama To Be, GrandMom or even a super active Godmama this transformative curated virtual meet up session is for YOU! We seek to build a community filled with love, support, wisdom & growth. We are looking for individuals dedicated to their healing process as well as those wishing to build with other women of like minds. It is without a doubt that as mothers we are going through or have been through very similar experiences, the main goal of this community is to support & hood space for one another through the good & the not so pretty. The beauty in this is that we can take in perspective from women who have been there while also learning from new mamas who have reinvented the wheel in a major way. Our practices and discussions are centered around trust and confidence. Our healing tools are used to aid in your mental, physical, & spiritual healing journey. JOIN US AS WE MEET UP WITH JAMIE FOM BLACK MOM CALM IS READY TO GIVE US SOME AMAZING TIPS ON CULTIVATING CALM DAY IN AND DAY OUT VIA MINDFULNESS AND HEALTHY ROUTINES.
As the founder of Black Mom's Guide to Calm, Jamie Fleming works with mamas (and women) who are tired of being burned out, stressed out, and worn out and are ready to do something about it. She teaches them how to tap into their inner peace and experience more joy and harmony.
Jamie's love of meditation and yoga was sparked after giving birth to her daughter, Nailah, in 2013. Her mission is to teach women how to overcome their overwhelm and find calm in the chaos of their lives.
