About the event
Earth is solid, practical and forever giving. The earth is always cycling and changing and sending signs for us to do the same. Energy is always shifting. Join us Sunday May 24 for our Return to MommaNature hike as we spend time recalibrating under the trees, enjoying the sounds of nature followed by the beautiful & haromizing sounds of the crystal singing bowls  flute, tounge drum & chimes.
As always, our hikes are 100% free ! All that is required is to register so we have a count of attendees.Â

DAY BREAKDOWN
We will meet in the parking lot of the trail head which is also patuxent Wildlife Center at 11:00am sharp. We will enjoy the beauty lake scenery, array of trees and animals around us as we let loose & hike together.
At the end of the hike we will gather for a group meditation to reflect on intention and reset our bodies with deep stretching and yoga & finally the healing sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Bells & more.
We will return & reflect on the experience and give information for our next hike! I
