PEACEFUL GREETINGS!

This Sunday we will be hitting the trails and learning various techniques used by the pros on how to survive in the woods if need be! We will learn how to build a fire, how to identify poisonous plants, how to purify water in the case of an emergency and so much more.

Join us this Sunday September 09 2018 for a very special edition of WOCO HIKE AND SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE We will join together at GREAT FALLS PARK in MCLEAN, VIRGINA just west of the District of Columbia. This hike will be beautiful and mountainous with plenty of rocks and falls! So be sure to bring plenty of water and wear sturdy shoes. As all days, this will be a of connection, adventure and healing from the inside out.

NOTE: THIS HIKE IS FOR ADVANCED HIKERS OR THOSE WHO ARE WILLING AND ABLE TO GO UP AND DOWN HILLS.

As always, we will have fruit to share :) bring any food you think you may want to consume along the trail.

DAY BREAKDOWN

We will enjoy a rather scenic trail perfect for anyone with two legss to move their bodies forward! In other words, you do not have to be a professional in order to hike with us.

Second Part of Our Journey: close to 1pm we will pause for a group meditation to reflect on intention and reset our bodies with deep stretching and yoga lead by Jada Iman and finally the healing sounds of the flute by Toshima Cook and Tibetian Bowl vibration by Ralinda.
