Let’s slow down, step outside, and enjoy a peaceful moment in community before the season changes again.
Join Women of Color Outdoors (WOCO) for a restorative hike and outdoor sound bath at beautiful Cromwell Valley Park. Our approximately 1.6-mile walk will bring us through two distinct landscapes: open meadows beneath big skies and the quiet shade of surrounding woodlands. Along the way, we’ll make room to pause, notice the trees, listen for birds, and reflect on what this season is inviting us to release or welcome.
Following our walk, we’ll settle into an outdoor grounding meditation and immersive sound bath—a chance to rest, quiet the mind, and simply be. Come enjoy the crisp air, moments of autumn sunshine, and the connection that comes from spending time outdoors together.
