The air is crisp and the leaves are beginning to change right before our eyes. Just when we thought summer would never end, here we are, in the unfolding of the fall season and all its beautiful foilage. Join us October 10 as we hit the trail together to bask in the beauty of it all!Yall really be hanging with us this year and for that I want to send the biggest thanks! We have another hike coming up this weekend and of course are so excited to have you join us.
**OUR HIKES ARE FOR FEMININE WOMEN OF COLOR ONLY :)** We have moms, wives and children present. Please see waiver release in regards to photogenic likeness. We promote balance and want to avoid confusion of any kind.

Just like anything planned/organized, it doesn't always go 100% according to plan! Thats just to say, hold space for change and wiggle room for adjustment as far as time goes. Take this day as a day of rest. Allow yourself time to rest after this entire experience. The sacred sound medicine works best when you allow yourself the space and time after the hikes to simply rest.

I)We will first meet at the head of the trail at 11:00am. We will have snack and get the energy flowing with light icebreaker and stretch routine.
II) We will then enjoy a rather scenic trail perfect for anyone with two legs to move their bodies forward! In other words, you do not have to be a professional in order to hike with us. This trail in particular does have hills and narrow pathways with rocks. It will require you to be in the condition to go up hill as well as down hill. We wil end at a cliff with beautiful panoramic views of the land.
III)Near 2:00pm we will arrive back and gather for a group meditation to reflect on intention and reset our bodies with deep stretch, yoga and the healing sounds of the flute by Toshima Cook and Crystal Singing Bowl vibrations by Ralinda.
