Greetings All!!
Finally it's peach season! This month is super special because we will not only be enjoying another wonderful day together, but also be biting into some sweet delectable peaches! What better time then now to experience the abundant harvest of fresh fruit and time with your sister!? Plan to take home at least 20 peaches to your friends and family!
This is our SECOND hike this month!

**OUR HIKES ARE FOR FEMININE WOMEN OF COLOR ONLY :)** We have moms, wives and children present. Please see waiver release in regards to photogenic likeness. We promote balance and want to avoid confusion of any kind.

DAY BREAKDOWN
I) We will first meet at Larriland Farms at 11:00am get together & get the energy flowing with a light icebreaker and stretch routine. Larriland Farm is on very open land withe plenty of crops growing all over the place. Our hike will be light and about the premises. Specifically, to the peach fields where we will gather with deep gratitude, a bunch of sweet, juicy peaches !
II) Near 1:30pm we will arrive back and gather for a group meditation to reflect on intention and reset our bodies with deep stretching, yoga and the healing sounds of the flute by Toshima Cook and Crystal Singing Bowl vibrations by Ralinda.
III) After this casual hike & sound healing we will regroup and share our experience and recieve information on the next happenings with WOCO!
