Greetings All!!

We are now in AUGUST and setting up to hit the trail & water again ! If you were able to attend our boat trip last month you already know how much fun we have — well,  expect to DOUBLE that this month as we are gathering to do something NEW! Paddle boarding! Weather you’re experienced or this is your first time, I encourage you to join us on this very special WOCO HIKE & SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) adventure!

**OUR HIKES ARE FOR FEMININE WOMEN OF COLOR ONLY :)** We have moms, wives and children present. Please see waiver release in regards to photogenic likeness. We promote balance and want to avoid confusion of any kind.

DAY BREAKDOWN

I) We will first In the parking lot in from of the Papa Johns in the shopping center to the left of the entrance to the park at 11:00am to get together as everyone checks in. Soon after we will get the energy flowing with a light icebreaker and stretch routine. Quiet Water Park Trail is a very light and easy hike with beautiful views of trees right along the shore of the Chesapeake Bay. Approximately 1.5 miles long. 

II) We will be hiking to the Paddle Boarding Location within the park. Please be sure to bring everything you need for the water

III) Near 2:15pm we will arrive back and gather for a group meditation to reflect on intention and reset our bodies with deep stretching, yoga and the healing sounds of the flute by Toshima Cook and Crystal Singing Bowl vibrations by Ralinda.
