Service Description

We welcome you with warm energy to the sacred space in nature that we will build before your eyes. We call in all energies of love to grace us and transform our hearts along the trail as we seek space in nature to explore and allow the body to heal. Revitalize your entire being and tune back into your explorative and curious energy as we hike through and experience the serenity of nature. We advocate for nature and the restoration of our relationship with the planet. Our outdoor excursions are fun for everyone! It's a great time to strengthen bonds, share laughs, and explore as we venture into the great outdoors. These experiences aim to connect us beyond the surface with one another, our environment, and bringing about transformative healing beneath the tree with the combination of mindful movement, observation of nature and pure enjoyment. TYPICAL HIKE DAY BREAKDOWN We will meet up in the parking lot of the trail bright and early on the morning of the hike. The hike promptly commences after a warm and welcoming meet and greet + ice breaker exercise. (20 mins) Hiking is a truly blissful experience and can truly aid in deep stress relief and provide the body with abundant oxygen enhancing the self healing process! Our expert hike guides will guide you along the trails, assisting with footing, identification of various plants & trees, & ensure your enjoyment along the way. Along the trail you may see wildlife, various floral and fauna -- many even small streams and waterfalls*! (1-2hrs) As we return to the head of the trail, we will come together in a circle as we wind down, to collectively reflect and share any highlights, experience or lessons gained from today's hike experience via journal prompting and share out (15 mins) We will then share future offerings with WOCO and say our goodbyes.
