WELCOME

Every month from March to November we prepare and put our best foot forward as we set up for another hike with WOCO Hike & Sound Healing!Join us for hiking, yoga, sound healing and so much more. The weather is breaking, seasons are transforming and we wish you to be apart of our growth and expansion. Here is a comprehensive insiders guide to our TRADITIONAL WOCO HIKE.

It has been a joy to have served women of color from an array of backgrounds since 2018. We are very excited to have you join us! Weather you are a first time hiker or a seasoned hiker, we certainly can guarantee that you will find our hikes to be a purely blissful experience. We hike once a month on selected Sunday's. Refer to our hike calendar for full list of dates and hike locations.

Please register and include name, email, and operating phone number we can reach you at.  On the form there is a hike release waiver that you must read thoroughly and agree to in order to attend our hikes. If we do not receive your registration from you or your guest then unfortunately you will not be able to hike with us. There is a small, non-exchangeable, non-refundable registration fee of $10 per person for each hike. Bring yourself and a friend as we connect with nature and one another. Please refer to our Communications + Policies page for more details.

I)We will first meet at the head of the trail at 11:00am. We will have lite snack and get the energy flowing with fun icebreaker and stretch routine. At 11:30am SHARP we will set onto our selected trail. FEEL FREE TO LEAVE YOUR YOGA MATS AND OTHER MEDITATION ITEMS IN YOUR VEHICLES. WE WILL GATHER THESE WHEN WE RETURN FROM THE TRAIL

II) We will then enjoy a rather scenic trail perfect for any healthy individual with two legs to move their bodies forward! In other words, you do not have to be a professional in order to hike with us. Some trails do have hills and narrow pathways with rocks and will require you to be in physical condition to go uphill as well as down hill in most cases.

III)Near 1:45pm we will arrive back, collect our yoga mats and gather for a group sound healing meditation to reflect on intention, deeply stretch, reset our bodies as the healing sounds of the flute by Toshima Cook, Crystal Singing Bowl vibrations by Ralinda, and harmonic vocal by Erin lull us deeper into our state of stillness.

IV) At the end of the group meditation session we will provide you will details on our next hike as well as other special events and retreat coming up on our calendar. We will take a group photo then say, "Until The Next Hike!"

In full transparency, our main intention of creating hikes for women is to build sisterhood connections in a natural setting without the pressure or distractions of our partners or energies that may dwell lower than the Heart Chakra. Thus, we have curated our hikes to specifically be for DIVINE FEMININE WOMEN OF COLOR ONLY.  We have moms, wives and children present. Our hikes at very SACRED & SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCES without the pervations of lust or attraction. Please be mindful of your intent when signing up to attend. Behavior that falls outside of this scope will not be tolerate and can lead to being banned from attending any of our events. We promote balance and want to avoid confusion of any kind. Nonetheless, visit  our website 'Event' page for a host of events in which we open up to ALL people of various backgrounds (i.e. men, non-BIPOC, non-WOC, etc.)
