COMMUNITY HIKE REFUND POLICY

For each trip, we carefully plan everything to a T so that all of our guest are comfortable and have everything that they need to have an enjoyable experience with us. With that being said, we appreciate and value the time of each of our guest and their eagerness to participate in our events. Due to the fact that everything is pre arranged and paid for in advanced to make these events possible, we unfortunately do not issue any refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. If we cancel the hike due to any extenuating circumstance(i.e. extreme weather,etc.) we will notify each attendee at least 24 hours before the start of the event and offer for you to transfer the cost to a future hike or a refund.We look forward to you joining us!

Due to the fact that everything is pre arranged and paid for in advanced to make these events possible, we unfortunately do not issue any refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. If we cancel the trip due to any extenuating circumstance(i.e. extreme weather,etc.) we will notify each attendee at least 24 hours before the start of the event and offer for you to transfer to cost fee to a future hike event( of equal or higher value) or offer you a full refund. You will have 5 calendar days to respond to offer. If we do not hear from you, the transfer will apply automatically and the possibility of refund will expire.

SERVICE FEE

Th For our private bookings, we've set a 3% service fee to offset the cost transaction fee set by the payment host. This fee will apply to all booking services for all clients regardless of business type (i.e. nonprofit).

LATE ARRIVAL & NO SHOWS

We have carefully laid out an agenda to each of our events that you can find in the event description. Early arrival is recommended to avoid getting left, having to catch up with our groups, or avoid any other issues associated. When you sign up for our events, we are expecting you to show up. As a courtesy, please call us to inform us that you will not be attending. Thank you!

LATE REGISTRATION FEE

Our team take a lot of time in effort to ensure that everything is organized and fluid for each adventure we plan. Tickets Typically go on sale 2 weeks prior to each event if not sooner. Early registration is highly recommended. To go our team enough time to track and communicate with participants and prepare for the event, General Admission closes the day prior for the majority of our basic events (Traditional Hikes, Ecotours, and Indoor Sound Healing). After the closing of General Admissions, you will have a small window of opportunity to purchases a GA with a Late Registration Fee incurred. The cost of this fee will vary based on the event and location.
