TRADITIONAL WOCO HIKE REFUND POLICY
For each trip, we carefully plan everything to a T so that all of our guest are comfortable and have everything that they need to have an enjoyable experience with us. With that being said, we appreciate and value the time of each of our guest and their eagerness to participate in our events. Due to the fact that everything is pre arranged and paid for in advanced to make these events possible, we unfortunately do not issue any refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. If we cancel the hike due to any extenuating circumstance(i.e. extreme weather,etc.) we will notify each attendee at least 24 hours before the start of the event and offer for you to transfer the $10 registration fee to a future hike.We look forward to you joining us!
WOCO EXPEDITION & RETREATS REFUND POLICY

With that being said, we appreciate and value the time of each of our guest and their eagerness to participate in our events. Due to the fact that everything is pre arranged and paid for in advanced to make these events possible, we unfortunately do not issue any refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. If we cancel the trip due to any extenuating circumstance(i.e. extreme weather,etc.) we will notify each attendee at least 24 hours before the start of the event and offer for you to transfer to cost fee to a future hike event( of equal or higher value) or offer you a full refund if this is what you prefer. You will have 5 calendar days to respond to offer. If we do not hear from you, the transfer will apply automatically and the possibility of refund will expire.
REGISTRATION FEE
The Nature of our hikes promote wellness, connection and celebrate the beauty of WOC outdoors building bonds with women of like mind while having a spiritual experience hiking & sound healing in nature. We've set the registration fee up to serve as a sort of security deposit. Securing your spot for the hike and a surety for attendance. While this investment is non-refundable and non-transferable if you do not show up, we can guarantee that it will be transfetred to the next hike if we happen to cancel the hike on our behalf
LATE ARRIVAL & NO SHOWS
We have carefully laid out an agenda to each of our events that you can find in the event description. Early arrival is recommended to avoid getting left, having to catch up with our groups, or avoid any other issues associated. When you sign up for our events, we are expecting you to show up. As a courtesy, please call us to inform us that you will not be attending. Thank you!
