Hike Season Finale

Can you believe it ? We are finally coming to a close with our hike season. After this November’s Hike we’ll be unlacing our boots, bear bagging our packs and leaving the trail until March 2021 arrives. It was a beautiful go around! This hike season was truly legendary. Despite the world around us and the chaos it attempted to stir up, we stayed grounded in our mission and went full speed ahead. We did not stop! Thank you to all the wonderful women who we encountered this hike season. Your stories, hearts, energy generates the wealth that is the very fabric of the heart and soul of WOCO Hike & Sound Healing. You all are the reason we continue and strive for bigger and better. See y’all on the trail this Sunday !

DAY BREAKDOWN

We will meet at the head of Soapstone Trail in the Avalon Area of Patapsco State Park 11:00am sharp. We will enjoy the beauty of the the river along the trail & take lots of pictures while enjoying the people and animals!

At the end of the hike we will gather for a group meditation to reflect on intention and reset our bodies with deep stretching and yoga & finally the healing sounds of the Flute, Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes and Bells.

We will return & reflect on the experience and give information for our next event! I
